Qualifications

Proven experience as a 2D/3D Drafter, Architectural Drafter, 3D Visualiser, or similar role.
Strong 2D drafting ability and accuracy.
Strong 3D modelling and rendering capability.

Responsibilities

Create accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings.
Develop detailed 3D models based on designs, plans, and concepts.
Produce realistic and photorealistic 3D renderings.
Create floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other technical drawings.
Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, finishes, and details to 3D models.
Interpret concepts and translate them into drawings and models.
Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
Ensure drawings and renderings meet quality and project standards.
Work closely with designers and project teams.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
