Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Designer III to join a dynamic design team supporting multifamily residential projects. The role requires high-level architectural expertise, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver quality construction documents and design solutions.

Candidates should be proficient with Revit, have a strong design sensibility, and be able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with codes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 7 years of architectural design and production experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit for architectural work.
• At least 4 years of experience in multifamily residential projects.
• Strong experience in preparing construction documents and design deliverables.
• Background working with architectural firms or real estate development projects.
• Experience in wood-frame construction is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of relevant architectural and multifamily work is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality construction documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit/BI.
• Develop architectural drawings based on approved site plans, floor plans, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas and solutions.
• Review building codes and assist in resolving zoning and compliance issues.
• Coordinate and respond to RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Review and validate drawings and outputs from external consultants.
• Assist with site observations and ensure alignment with construction documents.
• Support project scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Attend regular coordination and design meetings with project team.
• Maintain organized and accessible architectural files and documentation.
• Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and company procedures.
