Trends Group Inc. is seeking a skilled 3D Renderer to produce high-quality models and renderings for architectural and interior design projects in Makati.

The role involves developing detailed 3D representations of structures, partitions, ceilings, floors, and furniture, and preparing digital materials from design inputs. Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Certification in SketchUp, V-Ray, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience as a 3D Renderer, preferably in architectural or interior design projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Produces 3D models and renderings for Architecture and Interior Design projects.
• Develops 3D models of building elements such as structures, partitions, ceilings, floors, and furniture.
• Sources and prepares digital materials and models based on design team inputs (drawings, mood boards, samples).
• Creates 3D renderings for project visualization and costing requirements.
• Coordinates with the Principal Architect and project designers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Handles multiple projects and collaborates with different design teams as needed.

• Education (preferred):

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a 3D Renderer, preferably in architectural or interior design projects


• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite


• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications


• Strong visualization skills and understanding of technical drawings


• Good communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
