Job summary

Outsourcey, based in the Philippines, seeks a junior Visualization Artist to join a multidisciplinary creative team. The role focuses on producing high-quality renders, fly-throughs, and VR-ready content for pitches and projects.

You will collaborate with account managers and designers to interpret briefs and deliver on time. Requires a strong portfolio and proficiency in 3ds Max, WYSIWYG, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS 365; knowledge of Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality render imagery, especially for events, exhibitions.
• Proficient in 3ds Max, WYSIWYG, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS 365.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino or similar software is valued.
• Solid modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering fundamentals.
• Understanding of resolution, compression, and delivery formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging tech.
• Collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to office-based role with possible overtime evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Event Designers, Creative Producers, venue teams, and production staff to interpret briefs and deliver visual solutions on time.
• Create still renders, fly-throughs, virtual tours, and VR-ready content to support pitches and projects delivery.
• Deliver creative solutions with a strong focus on innovation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Meet internal deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Promote the value of Creative Services internally through collaboration, education, and knowledge-sharing.
• Maintain confidentiality across all client and internal projects.
• Provide weekly task updates and manage workload effectively.
• Operate 3D and 2D authoring software independently or as part of a creative team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, communication objectives, and required output formats.
• Work within defined timeframes and budget parameters.
• Apply best-practice file management, naming conventions, and backup protocols.

Profile Requirements:
