Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a skilled 3D visualization specialist to join our team in the Philippines, delivering spatial renders with strong lighting, materials, composition and attention to detail for events, interiors and architectural visuals.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Event Designers, Creative Producers, and production staff to interpret briefs, meet deadlines, and maintain high creative and technical standards while exploring new tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a 3D or visualization role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality spatial renders, lighting, materials, composition, and attention to detail.
• Experience in events, commercial interiors, or architectural visualization preferred.
• Theatrical, stage, or concert lighting visualization experience is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, WYSIWYG, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Event Designers, Creative Producers, venue teams, and production staff to interpret briefs and deliver visual solutions on time.
• Create still renders, fly-throughs, virtual tours, and VR-ready content to support pitches, proposals, and project delivery.
• Deliver creative solutions with a strong focus on innovation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Meet internal deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Promote the value of Creative Services internally through collaboration, education, and knowledge-sharing.
• Maintain confidentiality across all client and internal projects.
• Provide weekly task updates and manage workload effectively.
• Operate 3D and 2D authoring software independently or as part of a creative team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, communication objectives, and required output formats.
• Work within defined timeframes and budget parameters.
• Apply best-practice file management, naming conventions, and backup protocols.

Profile Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a 3D or visualisation role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality spatial renders, including effective lighting, materials, composition, and attention to detail.
• Experience in events, commercial interiors, or architectural visualisation is preferred.
• Theatrical, stage, or concert lighting visualisation experience is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, WYSIWYG, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Knowledge of resolution, compression, and delivery formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Actively build capability through tutorials, experimentation, and R&D projects.
• Contribute to the creation of showcase or reference assets for future projects.
• Manage personal performance in line with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in performance reviews, coaching, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary creative team.
