Qualifications

• BS Radiologic Technology preferred with RRT/RXT
• 2D Echo certification from a recognized training center preferred
• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and medical terminology
• Basic understanding of ultrasound machine troubleshooting
• Skilled in operating ultrasound equipment or willingness to be trained
• Able to manage multiple patient cases efficiently and professionally
• Tech-savvy with good documentation habits
• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 2D echocardiograms (M-mode, Doppler, Color flow imaging)
• Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort
• Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound machines
• Coordinate with Cardiologists and ensure timely result delivery
• Uphold patient confidentiality and data privacy
• Maintain equipment and monitor supplies
