Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Workforce & Admin Specialist to lead workforce management and administrative operations across Customer Support, Risk, and KYC teams.

The role focuses on scheduling, attendance, dashboards, and governance to ensure efficient 24/7 operations. You will handle workforce planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, leveraging strong Excel/Sheets skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Administration, or BPO Operations.
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations, workforce scheduling, or capacity planning is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, scheduling, attendance management, reporting, manpower coordination, and administrative operations.
• Experience in creating and managing operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and scheduling for 24/7 operations across multiple teams.
• Manage attendance, leave requests, overtime, and staffing levels.
• Oversee document requests and admin governance, ensuring confidential records.
• Develop and maintain workforce reports and operational dashboards.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations, and internal controls.
