Job summary

IBM Solutions Delivery, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist: Cloud Application Operations to provide 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions.

You will handle incident management, ensure cloud elasticity, and monitor client environments using a range of tools. The role requires proven cloud operations experience, proficiency with AWS and/or Azure, and IaC using CloudFormation and Terraform, plus scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud operations delivering 24/7 support.
• Proficiency with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code tools: CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support: Address issues related to application, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure, utilizing various tools and technologies.
• Manage Incident Resolution: Record incident information, determine actions to resolve issues, and communicate solutions to the client for timely resolution.
• Ensure Cloud Elasticity: Manage application IDs and auto-scale resources based on business requirements.
• Monitor Client Environment: Use monitoring tools to monitor the client environment and take proactive measures.
• Deliver Service Management Reports: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly integrated service management reports.
