Job summary

Afni seeks a CCTV Supervisor to monitor CCTV coverage, lead investigations, and ensure confidentiality of recordings. The role supports the Director of Fraud and Risk Management and helps maintain 24/7 security coverage.

The candidate should have 5+ years of overall work experience, familiarity with CCTV systems, and strong English communication skills. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years of college level in any field; for HS grads, 3+ years of experience.
• 5+ years minimum overall work experience.
• Experience in BPO/Call Centers is favorable.
• Familiarity with CCTV software/hardware and troubleshooting.
• Must have good English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations requiring evidentiary artifacts for investigative departments.
• Ensure adherence to performance goals and timely completion/review.
• Maintain optimum logistics/resources and report glitches with action plans.
• Ensure team adherence to schedules and manage shift coverage.
• Report team performance concerns to the Director of Fraud and Risk Management.
• Follow Afni policies and exercise judgement as assigned.
• Ensure CCTV cameras/systems are working and monitored.
• Collaborate with Security and other departments on follow-up activities.
• Identify and report security breaches and safety concerns.
• Keep recordings and related information confidential and restricted to approved personnel.
• View requested recordings as approved by Security/Facilities/Executive Management.
• Provide recommendations to improve facilities' security.
• Additional duties as assigned by Management.
