Job summary

Pimsmarketing is looking for a medical sales professional to build demand for client product lines through doctors and other allied medical professionals. You will also work to persuade hospitals to adopt products across nursery, pharmacy, central supply, operating and delivery rooms.

The role requires a sales background with prior experience; a 4-year degree is preferred. You will manage your territory to meet promotions and sales targets within company policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a 4-year course education.
• Experience in sales is required.
• Sales background in medical/pharma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating demand for client’s product lines through doctors and allied medical professionals (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Convince hospitals to use and purchase client’s products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room.
• Convince dispensing doctors to stock client’s products and make them available in their clinics.
• Manage territory to ensure attainment of promotions and sales objectives within company policies, procedures, set standards, approved budget, local regulatory restrictions.

Job Descripton:

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
