Job summary

AT&S in Leoben, Austria is seeking a Transformation Manager to identify and drive business transformation initiatives, improving efficiency and operational excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business transformation, management consulting, process management, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and process optimization methods.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
