The HVAC Technical Trainer role focuses on creating and delivering technical training programs for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It covers material development, classroom and hands-on sessions, evaluation, and documentation, with coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) degree in HVAC field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.
• Good understanding of refrigeration and cooling principles.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in HVAC or air conditioning industry is an advantage.

• Coordinate with relevant departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

The HVAC Technical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
