Job summary

Maseera is seeking an experienced Technical Manager Project Controls to oversee major infrastructure programmes. You will lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk analysis, delivering integrated schedules and performance dashboards.

Strong experience with Primavera P6 and EPM software is required, with a track record in large infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include monitoring costs and progress, developing management reports, and supporting plans for project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost, or risk management.
• Experience with cost engineering and integrated schedule preparation.
• Proven use of Primavera P6.
• Experience with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
• Experience creating project performance dashboards and schedules.
• Ability to develop project implementation and management plans for major infra projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities including planning, scheduling, cost, risk management, and progress monitoring.
• Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.
• Prepare and analyse project performance reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Develop integrated schedules identifying interdependencies between projects and programmes.
• Support the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.
• Use EPM software to monitor and control project performance.
• Identify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis to support corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Practical experience in cost engineering, quantity management, project analysis, and preparation of project schedules.
• Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
• Experience preparing project performance dashboards and integrated programme schedules.
• Experience developing project implementation and management plans for major infrastructure projects.
