The Role

We're looking for a Talent Assistant who will report directly to the Founding Partners and assist in the day-to-day management of Greenlight's roster.

On a given day you might...

• Support the Founder in managing Greenlight's creators by organizing daily schedules, brand deliverables, and ad-hoc requests
• Ensure all brand opportunities are presented, managed, and executed smoothly and efficiently
• Engage with Greenlight creators, their content platforms, and their communities to better understand and serve our clients
• Be a relentless advocate for each creator's interests and needs amongst internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure proper prioritization, support, and alignment of resources

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and interest in Youtube and Tiktok.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Available from 10 AM EST to 6 PM EST on weekdays
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to handle sensitive personal information
• Eagerness to learn
