Dollarcity is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Functional Specialist to lead cross-country payroll configuration and improvements. You will bridge HR, Finance and Tax needs with scalable SAP solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coordinate external AMS providers and SAP, ensuring incidents are resolved and changes align with SLAs while driving ongoing enhancements and seamless payroll operations across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functional experience.
• Active SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification.
• Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications and Payroll certifications valued.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the configuration and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll across multiple countries, including payroll schemas and infotypes.
• Actively participate in payroll processes, translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Ensure payroll configurations align with local tax, social security and labor requirements across countries.
• Support Employee Central Time Management configuration and its integration with Payroll.
• Analyze and document payroll and time management requirements with HR, Finance and local teams.
• Identify enhancements and automation opportunities to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor payroll processing cycles and payroll calendar alignment to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate AMS providers and SAP, following up on incidents, change requests and SLAs.
• Collaborate with vendors during testing, releases and implementation cycles.

As a SFSF EC Payroll Functional

Lead the functional evolution and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across multiple countries, contributing to the design, configuration and continuous improvement of payroll processes, integrations and applications. You will connect payroll, HR and Finance needs with scalable solutions, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and a seamless experience in a dynamic, multi-country retail environment.

You will also coordinate external AMS providers, including SAP, ensuring effective incident resolution, continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs while contributing to projects and enhancements that respond to the evolving needs of the business.

What will your day to day look like?

• Lead the configuration and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll across multiple countries, including payroll schemas, wage types and infotypes.
• Participate actively in payroll processes, understanding business requirements and translating them into effective functional solutions.
• Ensure payroll configurations remain aligned with local tax, social security and labor requirements across supported countries.
• Support Employee Central Time Management configuration and its integration with Payroll.
• Analyze and document payroll and time management requirements, working closely with HR, Finance and local payroll teams.
• Identify and propose enhancements and automation opportunities that improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Monitor payroll processing cycles and payroll calendar alignment to support accurate and timely execution.
• Coordinate AMS providers and SAP, following up on incidents, change requests, SLAs and open tickets through resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors during testing, releases and implementation cycles, ensuring the quality and continuity of payroll solutions.

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation to understand and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• 6+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Functional Manager, Lead, Payroll Lead or in AMS management related to payroll execution, giving you the expertise to lead functional payroll processes.
• Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification, demonstrating your functional expertise in the solution.
• Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications will be a plus and Payroll Management certifications will be highly valued.
• Advanced English and Spanish, enabling effective collaboration with regional teams, local payroll stakeholders and external providers.
