Infosys is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to support Peru payroll enhancements, compliance, and production support, with on-shore delivery for the Peru region. This role requires 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience and a strong focus on Peru payroll processes and regulatory requirements.

• Strong experience supporting Peru Payroll.
• Expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Type Configuration, Payroll Posting, Retro Calculations, Absence and Leave Impacts on Payroll, Statutory and Regulatory Payroll Processes.
• Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues.
• Strong payroll reconciliation knowledge.
• Experience supporting enhancement and support projects.

Role Summary
