Infosys is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to support Peru payroll enhancement, compliance, and production support for the Peru market. You will analyze requirements, configure changes, test, and validate payroll outcomes in SAP environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, regulatory knowledge, and ongoing improvement initiatives; you will help ensure accurate payroll processing, audits, and end-to-end deployment of changes across Peru payroll landscapes.

Formación

• 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• Strong experience supporting Peru Payroll.
• Expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Wage Type Configuration.
• Experience with Payroll Posting, Retro Calculations, and regulatory processes.
• Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues and payroll reconciliation.
• Experience supporting enhancement and support projects.

Role Summary
