Exyte in Austria is seeking a Senior Technician Facility Services to support the shift manager in daily operations and contribute technical expertise across UPW, WWT, gas or chemicals. You will perform maintenance, fault analyses, document work in IT systems, including SAP postings, and participate in commissioning and decommissioning of production facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Performing assigned specialist tasks in the operations area (UPW/WWT or Gas or Chemistry) including on-call duty and shifts.
• Conduct fault analyses and resolve fault reports.
• Documenting completed work in IT environments and paper documents, as well as SAP postings and inventory checks.
• Commissioning and decommissioning of production facilities.
• Continuous improvement of safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity; fault documentation.
• In lead absence, assist with deputy management, shift planning, and coordination of activities.

As Senior Technician Facility Services you will support the shift manager in day-to-day operations and actively contribute your technical expertise to your department (UPW, WWT, gas or chemicals).

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Performing assigned specialist tasks (UPW/WWT or Gas or Chemistry) in the operations area (on-call duty, maintenance, repair, analysis, media changes, transport, etc.) including additional shifts in continuous shift operation when a shift is not staffed.
• Conducting fault analyses and resolving fault reports
• Documenting completed work in the specified IT environments and paper documents, as well as performing SAP postings and inventory checks
• Commissioning and decommissioning of production facilities
• Continuous improvement of occupational safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity; fault documentation

In the absence of the lead Technician Facility Services, assuming the following tasks:

• Deputy management of subordinate employees
• Coordination and communication of operations and maintenance activities
• Coordination of shift staffing and employee requirements in consultation with the Operations Manager and the relevant trades
• Shift planning, vacation planning, coordination of on-call duty, time tracking for all employees within the shift group
• Efficiency monitoring, resource planning, monitoring of activities, and ensuring compliance with QM guidelines and APAs in the operations area
• Contact person for the customer, supervisors, and employees regarding any problems that arise
• Participation in employee reviews and performance appraisals
