Coforge is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, and API integrations. You will work across distributed teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure code quality and security.

Qualified candidates will have strong Salesforce experience, API integration skills, and familiarity with Git-based workflows and automation tools. Remote work is supported across LATAM.

Competenze

• Strong professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data models.
• Experience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and asynchronous processing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and access controls.
• Experience with source control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, testing practices, and code quality.
• Experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed teams.
• Ability to manage priorities, deliver commitments, and proactively communicate blockers, risks, delays, or availability changes.
