Job summary

Wienerberger AG in Vienna seeks a Senior Production Controller to drive monthly production analysis, costing rigor, and cross-site standardization. You will lead rollout of controlling processes and partner with finance and operations to improve transparency.

The role requires SAP S/4HANA production knowledge, strong cost management skills, and experience in international manufacturing environments. A strategic mind and collaborative leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in production controlling, manufacturing finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA production processes.
• Solid understanding of production costing and manufacturing accounting principles.
• Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, standardize, and roll out processes across multiple locations or legal entities.
• Strong understanding of production cost variances, capacity utilization, and idle capacity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in an international manufacturing organization.
• Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Senior Production Controller (f/m/d)
