RHI Magnesita N.V. is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Expert (all genders) to lead financial transformation initiatives within a hybrid-work model.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business partnering, operations, sales or management consulting in an international industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow and value generation drivers, with advanced financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders constructively in cross-functional settings.
• Analytical, structured and hands-on mindset with curiosity for AI and data-driven value creation.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into value levers with quantified benefits, ownership and timelines.
• Consolidate levers into the group-wide value case and track realization with program controllers.
• Build and review robust financial models linking business measures to P&L, cash flow and working capital.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions and drive value-oriented decisions.
• Leverage AI tools and data analysis to accelerate insights and support an AI-first working model.

Your position

At RHI Magnesita, we are shaping the future of a Scalable Enterprise. As part of our central AI & Business Value unit, you will turn strategy into measurable value across the organization. Our team acts as an internal consultancy and steers the financial impact of RHI Magnesita’s global transformation journeys- combining business acumen, analytical rigor, and modern AI-first ways of working. We are looking for applications from Finance and Business professionals with expertise in either of two focus areas. Depending on your background and strengths, your role will concentrate on one of the following value domains:

• Commercial Levers: pricing and margin management, market share gains, commercial process excellence, and cash / working-capital optimization
• Operational Levers: production cost and productivity improvements, energy and raw-material efficiency, and inventory and CAPEX optimization

In either focus area, you will work hand-in-hand with regional and global stakeholders to translate strategic ambitions into tangible, trackable results that drive our performance and growth. Depending on the area, your responsibilities can lean more towards building new value cases or towards mapping and operationalizing transformation mechanisms.

Your profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business partnering, operations, sales or management consulting in an international industrial environment
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow and value generation drivers, with advanced financial modelling skills
• Proven ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders constructively in complex, cross-functional settings
• Analytical, structured and hands-on mindset with curiosity for AI, digital tools and data-driven value creation

Languages :

English – fluent , other European languages will be considered an asset

Nice to have :

Experience in cross-functional integration within complex SAP landscapes; prior involvement in global rollout or large-scale Finance technology projects
