voestalpine High Performance Metals GmbH sucht eine/n Process Excellence Team Member Finance (m/w/d) am Standort Wien/Kapfenberg, Vollzeit. Sie unterstützen globale Finance-Prozesse im S/4HANA-Template und arbeiten eng mit Prozessverantwortlichen zusammen.

Qualifications

• Commercial Academy (HAK) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.
• Erfahrung mit Finanzprozessen in Fertigung/Industrie.
• Gutes Verständnis von SAP ERP oder SAP S/4HANA Finance Modulen.
• Grundkenntnisse der Integration von Finanzen mit Controlling, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Versand.
• Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten vorteilhaft.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Wartung globaler Finanzprozesse im S/4HANA-Template.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Global Process Owners und GBPMs zur Identifikation von Prozessverbesserungen.
• Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Übersetzung in Prozess- und Systemlösungen in Abstimmung mit IT-Experten.
• Abgleich lokaler Anforderungen mit globalen Template-Standards und Governance.
• Beitrag zu Template-Erweiterungen, Tests, Schulungen und Rollout-Aktivitäten.
• Unterstützung bei Finanzdatenmigration, Cutover-Vorbereitung und Business Readiness.
• Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Schulungsmaterialien und Geschäftsanweisungen.
• Moderation von Workshops mit lokalen Finanzteams und Schlüsselanwendern (m/w/d) in Englisch.
• Förderung von Fit-to-Template-Prinzipien.
• Unterstützung bei Issue-Resolution während S/4HANA-Rollout und Hypercare-Phasen.

Job description

• Support the development and maintenance of global Finance processes within the S/4HANA template
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (m/f/d), Global Business Process Managers (GBPM) (m/f/d) and Finance experts (m/f/d) to identify process improvement opportunities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into process and system solutions, in alignment with IT experts (m/f/d)
• Evaluate local requirements and ensure alignment with global template standards and governance
• Contribute to template enhancements, testing, training, and rollout activities
• Support Finance data migration, cutover preparation, and business readiness activities
• Prepare process documentation, training material, and business procedures
• Facilitate workshops with local Finance teams and key users (m/f/d) in English language
• Promote fit-to-template principles
• Support issue resolution during S/4HANA rollout and hypercare phases

Qualifications

• Commercial Academy (HAK) or comparable business-oriented education
• Experience in Finance processes within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Good understanding of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, payment processes, tax, and financial closing)
• Basic understanding of the integration of Finance with Controlling, Purchasing, Sales, and Dispatch (Transport Management)
• Basic understanding of Finance data migration
• Experience in international projects, process harmonization or digital transformation is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation

The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is EUR 3.396,21 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience andqualifications.
