Converse is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join the Indonesia-based factory, working within the Product Supply Chain, Footwear – Manufacturing & Engineering team. You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering partners to advance product excellence and connect with the global engineering strategy.

The role requires 5–8 years in engineering or related fields, strong data analytics capability, and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Data driven, understands the use of data and application of statistical methods and tools, able to leverage data for fact-based decision making.
• Experience in applying knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including systems, processes, technologies, and materials required to consistently produce finished goods to a measurable standard, to identify opportunities and drive progress against goals.
• Forward and Conceptual Thinking, proactively seeks diversity of inputs and potential solutions; consistently challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional solutions and approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in working with multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Fluent verbal and written English language ability.
• Proficient in standard MS Office programs and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team in Indonesia, with the role based at Converse factory. As a member of the Product Supply Chain (PSC), Footwear (FW) – Manufacturing & Engineering team, you will be part of a global organization dedicated to delivering excellence to our consumers every day. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineering subject matter experts with experience across a multitude of disciplines. Key partners are the Manufacturing Engineering teams, Factory Partners and other functions such as Consumer Creation, Sourcing, Responsible Supply Chain, and Cost Engineering. You will work at the country level across all partners located within the country and will strive to ensure connectivity with the local Partner Management Office (PMO) leadership team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role will play a key part in advancing our global FW Manufacturing & Engineering strategic initiatives by employing a standardized and consistent approach and cultivating the development of future-ready leaders.
