China Mobile International Peru is seeking a hands-on ICT Solution Lead who can independently design, present, and drive complex ICT/DICT projects from pre‑sales to execution in Peru and the broader LATAM region. • 10+ years in ICT / system integration or low-voltage engineering.
• Proven vertical experience in at least one of healthcare, mining or smart infrastructure.
• Ability to independently produce technical drawings and solution documentation (non‑negotiable).
• Fluent Spanish and English; strong local ecosystem and vendor network.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary local technical authority for ICT/DICT projects in Peru.
• Independently design end‑to‑end solutions, including network topology diagrams, low‑voltage system architecture, BoQ and technical specs.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, EPC contractors, and supervisors.
• Take ownership of technical sections of bids (RFP/RFQ) and support commercial closure.
• Focus on key verticals: healthcare, smart city/public infrastructure.
• Build and leverage local ecosystem including system integrators and consultants.
• Bridge China‑based solutions with local execution, ensuring feasibility and compliance.
• Support sales team to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.

China Mobile International Peru is looking for a hands‑on ICT Solution Lead who can independently design, present, and drive complex ICT/DICT projects from pre‑sales to execution in Peru and the broader LATAM region.

This role is not a pure architect position — it requires strong local execution capability, ecosystem influence, and the ability to convert opportunities into real projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary local technical authority for ICT/DICT projects in Peru
• Independently design end‑to‑end solutions, including:
  • Network topology diagrams
  • Low‑voltage system architecture
  • BoQ and technical specifications
• Lead technical discussions with clients, EPC contractors, and supervisors
• Take ownership of technical sections of bids (RFP/RFQ) and support commercial closure
• Focus on key verticals (at least one deeply):
  • Healthcare (hospital systems, HIS, weak current integration)
  • Smart city / public infrastructure
• Build and leverage local ecosystem, including:
  • System integrators
  • Design institutes / consultants
  • Government supervision stakeholders
• Bridge China‑based solutions and local execution, ensuring feasibility and compliance
• Support sales team to identify, qualify, and close opportunities

Key Requirements

• 10+ years in ICT / system integration / low‑voltage engineering
• Proven experience in at least one vertical (hospital / mining / smart infrastructure)
• Ability to independently produce technical drawings and solution documentation (non‑negotiable)
• Strong experience in pre‑sales + delivery coordination
• Deep understanding of Peru regulatory and project execution environment
• Existing local network with vendors / integrators / consultants
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and English
• Background in leading SI companies
• Experience working with Chinese vendors
• Experience in large‑scale public sector or EPC projects
• Familiar with multi‑party project environment (client + EPC + supervisor)
