Job summary

DenizBank AG in Austria seeks an experienced credit risk analyst to assess proposals, perform financial analysis, and support risk decisions within an international banking team.

The role requires at least five years in credit risk or related fields, strong financial skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with related departments; a degree in Finance or Economics is preferred and a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk analysis or a similar role.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of corporate lending and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with EU / Austrian regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit proposals based on financial, industrial and structural factors, current market conditions and rating assessments.
• Perform financial analysis (balance sheet, cash flow, profitability, etc.).
• Prepare credit risk assessment reports.
• Support the Credit Committee's decision-making process.
• Perform & validate rating assessments.
• Monitor covenants and conditions.
• Follow up on financial documentation.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to obtain missing information.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Apply internal credit policies and procedures.
• Identify and flag potential risks.
• Support risk mitigation actions.
• Contribute to reporting and process improvements.
• Monitor specialized lending exposures.

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3.375,40/monthwith willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
