The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, transformation programs, and strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, P2P, R2R, or O2C processes. Remote work is supported across Latin America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with cross-functional transformation programs and bridging discussions between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify transformation and optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Financial Planning, and Reporting.
• Experience with Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Background in large high-tech enterprise environments.
• Exposure to testing, data migration, and ERP transformation programs.
