Distro in Lima, Peru is seeking a Scheduler (English required) to join our on-site team. This role coordinates caregiver schedules, manages staffing needs, and ensures service excellence for clients and caregivers in a fast-paced home care environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler.
• Previous experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Healthcare environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling activities and staffing needs.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure service excellence.
• Process timecards and support payroll-related activities.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation and employee records.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and administrative activities as needed.
• Help ensure an outstanding client and caregiver experience.

Scheduler (English Required) | Immediate Start | On-Site - Lima, Peru

We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Lima, Peru. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with scheduling and home care experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating care, supporting clients, and working closely with caregivers.

Location: San Isidro, Lima (100% On-Site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage
