Roman Health Pharmacy LLC in Lima, Peru is seeking a Scheduler with strong English to join our on-site team in San Isidro. You will coordinate caregiver schedules, manage client coverage, and support payroll and administrative tasks.

This full-time, on-site role offers an immediate start, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of scheduling experience in home care or healthcare and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Scheduler (English Required) | Immediate Start | On-Site - Lima, Peru

We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Lima, Peru. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with scheduling and home care experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating care, supporting clients, and working closely with caregivers.

Location: San Isidro, Lima (100% On-Site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler
• Previous experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Healthcare environments
• Advanced English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment
