Solvo Global is hiring a Scheduler for an on-site role in Lima, Peru. The ideal candidate will coordinate caregiver schedules, manage staffing needs, and ensure service excellence for clients and caregivers. Immediate start with full-time hours.

Requirements include at least 1 year of scheduler experience, advanced English, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach in a healthcare setting. On-site location is San Isidro, Lima.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Scheduler experience.
• Experience in Home Care or healthcare environments preferred.
• Advanced English communication required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage.

• Process timecards and support payroll-related activities.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.

We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Lima, Peru. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with scheduling and home care experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating care, supporting clients, and working closely with caregivers.

Location~ San Isidro, Lima (100% On-Site)

Schedule~ Monday to Friday | 8~00 AM - 5~00 PM CST

What You'll Do~

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage

What We're Looking For~
