Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Lima office for a long-term engagement with a U.S.-based client. You will identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients, hitting quotas and building a robust pipeline.

You must have 3+ years in sales, strong English (C1), and hands-on CRM experience. This role is 100% on-site in San Isidro, Lima, with full benefits and a clear path for growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a dedicated sales role, documented on your resume as a sales position, not customer service or support.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong spoken and written English — C1 minimum.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in our office located in San Isidro, Lima.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar).
• Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.

Your work history shows consistency, and you are ready for a long-term placement with a single U.S.-based client where you can build, grow, and close.
