PT Suri Nusantara Jaya Group is seeking a Sales MT (Modern Trade) to manage day-to-day sales operations across the Greater Jakarta area. You will ensure product availability, drive volume growth, and execute the company’s commercial strategies at store level with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and local modern retail chains.

The role requires 1–2 years of MT sales experience in FMCG, strong negotiating skills, and a valid driver’s license for daily store visits.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management or related field.
• 1–2 years MT sales experience in FMCG, preferably in MT channel.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM C/A) and reliable vehicle for daily visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with retail buyers and store staff.

As a Sales MT (Modern Trade) - Jabodetabek at PT Suri Nusantara Jaya Group, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring product availability, and driving volume growth within the Modern Trade channel across the Greater Jakarta area. You will handle accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets, and local modern retail chains. Your primary focus will be to execute the company's commercial strategies at the store level, maintain excellent relationships with store managers/purchasing staff, optimize product visibility in chillers/freezers, and ensure that sales and merchandising targets are fully met.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Account Executive in the Modern Trade (MT) channel, preferably within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or frozen/perishable food industry.
• Strong familiarity with the modern retail landscape and store locations across the Jabodetabek region.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C / SIM A) and a reliable vehicle for intensive daily store visitations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to professionalize relations with corporate retail buyers and store-level management.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth understanding of modern retail mechanisms, including Service Level Agreements (SLA), Return Policies, Purchase Orders (PO), and central warehouse systems.
• Strong ability to implement planograms, maximize shelf space (Share of Shelf), and secure prime display locations inside store chillers and freezers.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and temperature control requirements to ensure frozen/chilled meat products do not spoil at the retail level.
• Competence in utilizing mobile CRM/sales force automation apps to input data, check stock availability, and track daily sales achievements.
• Basic skills in auditing on-shelf availability (OSA) versus system stock to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations and phantom inventory issues.
