Job summary

Xiaomi Peru is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support daily store activities and ensure smooth execution across our retail network. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist with cash handling and store procedures, and collaborate with store teams to deliver great customer experiences.

In this role you will monitor inventory, analyze sales and operational indicators, and participate in projects to improve store efficiency and service quality in Lima and nationwide.
