Qualificações

• 1–3 years of IT/Help Desk experience, including use of ticketing systems.
• Ability to manage high ticket volumes (10–20 tickets per day).
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level IT support via the ticketing system.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities.
