Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking a Property Manager in Jakarta for a 1-year contract, with potential for permanent employment. You will report to the Head of Operations and oversee multiple properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property or community management, experience in hospitality or startups, and willingness to be mobile. You will manage budgets, SLA adherence, and daily facility issues to drive value.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in any major is required.
• Min. 2 years in property management and/or community management, preferably hospitality industry or early-stage startup.
• Willing to be mobile and travel if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain buildings and improve tenant experience.
• Lead and coordinate a team of associates and facilities staff to meet standards.
• Ensure rooms are ready for check-ins and always tenantable.
• Liaise between Cove and property owners.
• Oversee monthly budgeting and daily expenses.

Job Title: Property Manager

Job-Type: 1 year contract with potential for permanent employment

Reports To: Head of Operations

Location: Jakarta

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
• Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins
• Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners
• Manage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operations
• Schedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio
• Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA
• Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expenses
• Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time
• Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities
