FullStack is seeking a Technical Project Manager to connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work and integrate into client teams daily. You will lead Agile delivery, collaborate with designers and engineers, and ensure on-time outcomes while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires 7+ years of software development with IT project management, advanced English, and a four-year degree. This position is remote and international.

• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Solid background in software development, engineering workflows, and full-lifecycle software delivery.
• Proven experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Experience guiding software engineering teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with IT Technical Project Management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Solid background in software development, engineering workflows, and full-lifecycle software delivery.
• Proven experience in guiding software engineering teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Track record of identifying technical bottlenecks, mitigating project risks, and delivering complex software products on time.
• Solid background in establishing release management processes, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Agile facilitation techniques, backlog refinement, and scope management in fast-paced tech environments.
• Well-versed in software engineering lifecycles, continuous integration concepts, and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
