Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our talent network and connect with US clients for flexible, project-based development work. You will integrate into our client's team and collaborate daily with designers and engineers on delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software development with IT project management and Agile/Scrum leadership, advanced English, a four-year degree, and a proven ability to guide teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with IT technical project management.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Solid background in software development, engineering workflows, and full-lifecycle software delivery.
• Proven experience guiding software teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with enterprise Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Track record of identifying technical bottlenecks, mitigating project risks, and delivering complex software products on time.
• Solid background in establishing release management processes, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Agile facilitation techniques, backlog refinement, and scope management in fast-paced tech environments.
