Zeal, an AI-enabled software consultancy now part of Livefront, is seeking a Java Engineer to join our LATAM hub in Peru. You will analyze client problems, design and implement technology solutions, and collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will work across multiple clients and industries, applying best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Interest in consulting and ability to communicate with clients and peers.
• Experience with cloud technologies, software engineering best practices, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with clients to analyze business problems and implement technology solutions.
• Develop software, design solutions, and collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
• Gain experience across multiple clients and industries, adapting to different technical and business environments.
• Build trust with clients and internal teams through strong communication, problem-solving, and execution.
• Execute custom software development, primarily utilizing established languages and frameworks, including: C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, Java, Spring Boot, and Python; JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, .NET MAUI, Flutter, and Xamarin.
• Implement automated verification protocols for software systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, incorporating deployment and observability solutions using tooling like TerraForm, Azure Bicep, AWS CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins; Dynatrace, New Relic, Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics platforms utilizing SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and Google Looker.

We’re looking for an outstanding Java Engineer to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru.
