Applaudo is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to bring structure and momentum to complex software initiatives. You will lead projects from planning through delivery, aligning teams and stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

You will navigate dependencies and changing priorities, communicating with technical teams and senior business stakeholders, surfacing risks, and driving decisions to maintain alignment throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years of Software or Digital Project Management experience.
• End-to-end project delivery including mobile applications.

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams for alignment and execution.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and issues proactively.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership, and accountability across teams.
• Provide concise project status updates covering progress, risks, and decisions.
• Escalate critical risks with actionable recommendations.

You are a results-driven Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex software and digital initiatives. You enjoy leading projects from initial planning through successful delivery, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around clear priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

You are comfortable navigating dependencies, changing priorities, and competing demands while keeping teams focused and projects moving forward. You communicate confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders, proactively surface risks and blockers, and bring the ownership and judgment needed to drive decisions and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing software or digital projects end-to-end, including experience managing mobile application projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, cross-functional workstreams, and project dependencies.
• Strong experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, roadmaps, and critical paths.
• Experience working under Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with Directors and C-level executives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for project management, planning, documentation, reporting, or productivity. (Nice to have)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong results-oriented mindset, ownership, and accountability.
• Experience using Jira and other project management or collaboration tools.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable For The Following Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and issues proactively.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership, and accountability across project teams.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with timelines and objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, status reviews, and other ceremonies as required.
• Adapt project management practices across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, Business, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage communication with Directors, C-level executives, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide concise project status updates covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
• Escalate critical risks and blockers with clear context and actionable recommendations.
• Drive projects toward measurable outcomes while maintaining alignment across scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software or Digital Project Management experience.
• End-to-end project delivery, including mobile application projects.
• Cross-functional team coordination and dependency management.
• Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project management experience.
• Director and C-level stakeholder management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
