The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including 3 years locally for General Contractors. Responsibilities include managing project teams and maintaining client relationships. • Minimum of 3 years of local experience in Southern California.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor project teams.

Our client, a reputable General Contractor, is seeking a Project Executive to join their team. The company focuses on ground up commercial construction projects in Greater Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control
• Develop new business and direct Pre-Construction activities
• Maintain relationships with Clients throughout the duration of construction projects
• Manage contract negotiations and monitor bottom line profit of construction projects
• Assess risks and come up with contingency plans as required
• Manage and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projects within schedule and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive for General Contractors overseeing construction projects from concept to close-out
• Minimum of 3 years of local experience working for General Contractors in Southern California
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
