OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a Business Applications Specialist (60-100%) to drive CRM development and other IT tools for Technical Support. You will join the CRM Panel to structure requirements and translate them into practical improvements with process owners and IT.

You will proactively evaluate features, coordinate release testing, and develop automated tests to ensure system stability and data quality. Experience with BI reporting and strong data analysis is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Professional IT experience or a completed study in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with business applications is an advantage, along with an interest in the intersection of processes, data, and IT.
• Experience creating BI reports, ideally using Power BI.
• A good understanding of data structures, data analysis, and KPIs.
• An independent and structured approach to work, combined with strong communication skills.
• Excellent German and English skills and a willingness to travel occasionally.
