What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, documents, and courtroom logistics
• Operate and troubleshoot trial tech equipment (computers, monitors, projectors, audiovisual tools)
• Present video depositions, electronic exhibits, and multimedia during trials
• Prepare exhibit binders, demonstratives, and visual aids for court
• Coordinate with witnesses and experts to ensure tech readiness
• File and serve pleadings during trial as needed
• Assist in real-time problem solving during hearings and proceedings
• Manage and track all trial-related tech tools and materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented, focused, and reliable—especially under pressure
• Able to work extended hours and weekends during trial periods
• Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 35–50 lbs (e.g., trial binders, equipment)
• Prior courtroom or litigation support experience preferred
• Familiarity with trial software (e.g., TrialDirector, Sanction, ExhibitView) a plus

Pay: $25.00–$27.00/hour (depending on experience)
