Celltrion Group seeks a Peru-based Sales Representative to drive promotion of the company’s biosimilar products and build strong relationships with hospitals and clinics in Lima.

Based in Lima, this full-time role requires frequent travel within the country, strategic market analysis, and collaboration with the local team to execute plans and maximize product uptake.

You will gather market intelligence, engage Key Opinion Leaders, and contribute to pricing, budgeting, and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's authorized products and maintain frequent contact and visits with current and potential clients.
• Conduct business trips within the country as needed.
• Prioritize business potential by focusing and segmenting based on disease indications, hospitals, or clients.
• Track business objectives and achieve them with well-designed local penetration and marketing plans.
• Ensure that marketing activities are carried out with the highest quality.
• Manage the company's products and their respective indications to leverage business potential.
• Cooperate with the local team to ensure plans are implemented and executed flawlessly.
• Gather market intelligence and respond accordingly.
• Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Participate in business performance analysis, including profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold.
• Manage budgets, expenses, pricing, and commercial agreements. Support the local team by conducting business opportunity analyses.
• Take a leadership role in resolving any business issues that may arise.
