Lutheran Homes Group is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our aged care team. You will provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents, helping preserve dignity, independence and well-being in a supportive facility.

About The Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our caring and committed aged care team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance, support, and hands-on personal care to residents within our aged care facility. Your care will help ensure that each resident is treated with respect and empathy, while supporting their dignity, independence, and overall sense of well-being.

Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
