Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist for an Accounting SaaS client. You will run live Zoom demos for trial users, help them understand the platform, and move them toward a purchase decision from a remote, international team.

You will support existing customers with setup questions, provide guidance, and help them get the most out of the platform. Strong bookkeeping knowledge and excellent communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Near-native spoken and written English.
• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience giving live Zoom demos to trial users.
• Experience working remotely with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live demos for trial prospects and guide them through the platform.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations.
• Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps clearly.
• Support existing customers with setup questions, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
• Escalate technical issues when needed.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer journey.
