100Hires is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that automates recruiting workflows and helps SMBs attract, screen and hire talent faster. We are seeking a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and to evangelize our platform across remote teams.

You will conduct live demos, map customer needs to our features, write tailored follow-up emails, host webinars, and maintain CRM hygiene while thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with uncapped commissions.

Formación

• 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to SMBs or mid-market.
• Fluent English, strong written communication.
• Ability to run live demos and handle objections.
• Familiarity with recruitment tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Conduct live demos and tailor approaches per lead.
• Perform discovery to map pains to features.
• Write clear, personalized follow-up emails and sequences.
