Scale Up Recruiting Partners is helping a fintech SaaS client find a part-time Customer Success Manager with bookkeeping background. The role is remote and suitable for diverse time zones, offering flexible part-time hours.

The successful candidate will run Zoom demos, answer questions, and guide customers toward a purchase while supporting existing users and delivering a high-quality customer experience across time zones.

Formación

• Near-native spoken and written English.
• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live product demos for trial prospects and guide them through the platform.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
• Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps clearly and confidently.
• Support existing customers with setup questions, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately when additional support is required.
• Represent the company professionally and create a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
