This full-time role offers competitive compensation in the range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually.

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a reputable law firm based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys, ensuring the efficient handling of legal documentation, case preparation, and procedural compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including subpoenas, discovery materials, and trial exhibits.
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and fact-checking to support case development.
• Prepare document summaries, chronologies, and deposition digests.
• Assist with trial preparation and coordination of litigation activities.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely filing of legal documents.

Required Skills & Experience

• Paralegal Certificate (required).
• MCLE Compliance: Minimum of 8 hours of appropriate MCLE every two years.
• Law Firm Experience: Proven background working in a legal firm setting.
• Experience Level: 3–6 years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation support.

Compensation:

$110,000 to $120,000.
