Job summary

Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company seeks a network integration specialist to support Nokia and Fortinet CPEs, validating end-to-end connectivity and troubleshooting issues. You will coordinate with field teams, analyze incidents, and document progress on integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Nokia SR OS / CLI, strong understanding of SD-WAN, and proficiency in VLANs, IP addressing, ARP, and MAC tables, with good English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nokia / Fortinet CPE integration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of end-to-end (E2E) last-mile connectivity and ability to identify points of failure.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of SD-WAN solutions.
• Working knowledge of VLANs, IP, DHCP, ARP, MAC tables, and basic routing.
• Knowledge of Access Points.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Nokia SR OS / CLI and basic troubleshooting commands (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Integrate and commission Nokia / Fortinet last-mile equipment (CPEs).
• Troubleshoot Nokia/Nuage NSG and Fortinet CPEs, identifying end-to-end connectivity issues.
• Validate interfaces, VLANs, IP addressing, MAC tables, ARP, and basic service connectivity on Nokia network equipment.
• Troubleshoot Access Points (APs) and their connectivity within last-mile solutions.
• Perform basic network equipment checks when required during troubleshooting.
• Provide technical follow-up on integrations and coordinate with field personnel and support teams.
• Document tests, incidents, and integration progress.

Job description

Integrate, commission, and provide technical support for Nokia and Fortinet network equipment and CPEs, performing end-to-end connectivity validation and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of last-mile connectivity solutions.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to coordinate with field and support teams, analyze technical incidents, and contribute to the implementation and continuity of connectivity solutions.

What Will Your Responsibilities Be?

Integrate and commission Nokia / Fortinet last-mile equipment (CPEs).

Troubleshoot Nokia/Nuage NSG and Fortinet CPEs, identifying end-to-end connectivity issues.

What Are We Looking For?
