Zoomcar is looking for a Systems Engineer located in Lima, Peru, to collaborate closely with a sales representative and support all technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in field sales and technical support, especially with networking technologies. Responsibilities include assisting in qualifying sales leads and being the main technical resource during sales interactions.

Formación

• Strong field sales experience is essential.
• Experience in technical support as a systems engineer is required.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies is crucial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Lead technical contact for post-sales issues.

Conocimientos

Field sales experience

Technical/pre-sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Wireless technologies deployment

Wireless Authentication technologies

Understanding of DNS and NFS

Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN

Familiarity with encryption and authentication technologies

CCIE certification

CISSP certification
