Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support Case Managers and Attorneys in handling California Personal Injury matters. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a client-focused approach.

Initial on-site work for 60 days followed by remote work will be offered. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of PI experience, excellent English, and proficiency with MS Office, Dropbox, and legal case management software to maintain accurate files

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant within a Personal Injury law firm.
• Experience with California Personal Injury law and procedures is mandatory.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and legal case management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities
